1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

This store is operated by EYoungWorks Studio LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("EYoungWorks Studio," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of any product we sell through it (together, the "Services").

By browsing this store, subscribing to our emails, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this store. By ordering, you represent that you meet that requirement and that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorized to use it. We currently sell only to customers in the United States and Canada.

3. Our products are digital

Everything we sell is a digital product — Notion templates, AI prompt libraries, PDF guides, and bundles of those items. There is no physical product, no shipment, and no tracking number. Product pages describe what each item contains; please read them before buying.

4. Delivery and access

After your payment is approved, you will receive access to your purchase by email at the address you provide at checkout, as a download link, a template access link, or both. Delivery is normally immediate.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and for checking your spam or promotions folder. If your files have not arrived within a few minutes, email eyoungworks@gmail.com and we will resend them.

Download links may expire or be limited in the number of uses for security reasons. Save your files locally. We will happily reissue a link on request, but we do not guarantee that any product will remain available for re-download indefinitely.

5. What you may and may not do with what you buy (license)

When you purchase a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You own your copy; you do not own the underlying product.

You may:

  • Use the product in your own business, including for client work you personally perform
  • Duplicate a template into your own workspace and modify it for your own use
  • Use output you create with our prompts in your own commercial projects

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or give away the product or any substantially unmodified derivative of it
  • Redistribute or publish the files, or share your download or template links publicly
  • Share a single purchase across an organization or team beyond the seat you bought, or with people outside your business
  • Include the product, or a lightly-edited version of it, in another product, template shop, course, membership, or bundle you sell or give away
  • Remove or obscure our name, branding, or copyright notices
  • Use the product to train a machine-learning model, or upload it to a public repository or template gallery

If you want to use a product beyond this license — team-wide deployment, redistribution to clients as a template, or anything else — email us and ask. We will usually say yes to something reasonable in writing.

6. Intellectual property

All products, text, layouts, graphics, and other content on this store are owned by EYoungWorks Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the license in Section 5, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you.

7. Prices, payment, and taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at the time you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, and we never store your full card details.

Sales tax is charged where we are required to collect it. If you are ordering from outside the United States, your card issuer may add a currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee that we do not control and cannot refund.

8. Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once delivered, subject to the specific exceptions set out in our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing; it forms part of these Terms.

9. Third-party software and services

Some of our products are designed to be used inside third-party tools, including Notion and various AI assistants. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those companies. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for any account or subscription those tools require, and we are not responsible if a third party changes, restricts, or discontinues its service in a way that affects a product you bought from us.

10. No professional advice and no guaranteed results

Our products are educational and organizational tools for people running small and solo businesses. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship between us. Any templates relating to invoicing, finances, or contracts are starting points only — consult a qualified professional before relying on them.

We make no promise or guarantee about any particular business, revenue, productivity, or other result from using our products. Outcomes depend on factors we do not control.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account, scrape or bulk-download content, interfere with the operation of the store, or harass anyone. We may suspend or terminate access for any of these reasons.

12. Email and marketing communications

If you give us your email address — at checkout, through a signup form, or through a popup on this site — you agree that we may contact you about your order. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send you promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any of those emails; we will still send transactional messages about orders you place. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

13. Accuracy of the site

We work to keep product descriptions and other information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything is error-free or complete. We may correct errors, including pricing errors, and cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any product will meet your specific requirements.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EYoungWorks Studio LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Services or any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or any product will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of warranty, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EYoungWorks Studio LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, and revoke any license granted under Section 5, if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by redistributing a product. Sections 5 through 6 and 14 through 19 survive termination.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a claim in small claims court.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

20. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
